Year 3 have thoroughly enjoyed their Sports Day today outside in the sunshine. All children have modelled respect, teamwork and co-operation skills.  

Year 3 went to Whickam School to take part in a tennis skills workshop, delivered by the Y7 sports helpers.          

This term in art, year 3 have been exploring their topic of animals by designing and making masks. Can you tell who’s who?

Today we had a visit from the music team for an amazing ‘through the years with music’. We thoroughly enjoyed it as you can see from these pictures.

Year 3 had so much fun on Friday celebrating The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The children looked fab in their red, white and blue, and had fun making display posters all about The Queen, making Union Jack flags, eating ice lollies and partying with the rest of the school!

A HUGE well done and congratulations to our two children who competed today in the Gymnastics Tyne & Wear Finals in the open category! Both children scored very highly and did team Front Street proud! You have both shown great team work and sportsmanship throughout. We are very proud of you both
