On Monday the school choir spent their day at the Sage Gateshead to have their final practise for the concert which was held for the public on the evening. A truly breath-taking concert featuring 400 fantastic voices from North East Primary Schools, joined by pupils from the ‘Bommel Musical Theatr


Today Reception have taken part in lots of different activities based around Children In Need. We learnt about what today is all about and we are looking watching it on tv tonight!! Article 1, 2, 17, 24, 26, 27, 28, 31 and 39


As Britain fell silent at 11am on Sunday to mark 100 years since the end of World War One, so did pupils and staff from Front Street. In London the Prince of Wales lead the tributes, laying a wreath at the Cenotaph on behalf of his mother for the second year in a row; in Whickham, pupils from school


Reception have celebrated the end of their Super Me topic today! Everyone dresssed up as their superhero for our sharing assembly. We made capes, masks and necklaces with our grown up and sang our superhero songs. We have swapped our books with friends for the book swap day and had a special tuck sh


Today we took all of the food which Nursery children had donated along to the hall in preparation for our Harvest Festival.  We talked about how some people are not lucky enough to have lots of food to eat and how we could help them by giving food to them. Thank you for kind donations.


Our toddler group took part in the Whickham Waddle today. Plenty of fundraising and fun was had by all! Our toddlers were fundraising for The North of England’s children’s Cancer Research. Well done to everyone who took part.
