Year 4


Year 4 looked at how rivers were formed from the source to the mouth. Our guide gave us some really interesting facts and information about how the Tyne was used in the past, to the industry along its banks.  


Year 4 enjoyed a spectacular cruise up the River Tyne. As part of our Geography curriculum, the children need to identify, name and describe rivers in the UK and their features.  


After a quick cross fit session to build up stamina, we tried a few skills wearing blindfolds to experience what it is like to be visually impaired but still be able to participate in sport. Article 23,29
