We’ve been learning about movement through pneumatics and today, we worked in pairs to put our knowledge to the test by creating pneumatic hoists out of art straws, tubes and syringes.
In science Year 1 have been investigating materials. They looked at different materials and described their properties.
In year 3 maths today we worked in teams to create pentagons and then explored the properties of irregular and regular pentagons.
In year 3, we have started our new DT unit all about creating movement through pneumatics. We had such fun exploring with tubes, balloons and syringes.
