Last night our year 6 boys football team competed in the first of four nights in the Gateshead School League. Their team work and sportsmanship was fantastic throughout. We look forward to the next fixtures in the New Year!

We have had a lovely morning celebrating our Harvest Festival. The donations looked amazing and took centre stage. The year one children told us all some facts about Harvest and each year group raised the roof with an amazing Harvest song. Father Barry came to see us too which was a lovely surprise.

The Dogs Trust came to visit Front Street School today. Rachel came with her toy dog Ted to explain how we should behave if we meet a dog outside that we don’t know. We learned how to say hello to a dog safely and where best to stroke it so we don’t frighten the dog. Article 13, 17, 19, 28
