Today our School Council visited the local foodbank warehouse, taking with us the staff Christmas collection and a few extras the children brought with them. 4O’N had a visit from a nurse today who talked about her role in hospital and discussed and showed some of the equipment that they may encounter if they went into hospital. They were very pleased with their bandaging skills! Don’t panic this was all role play! Article 24: Every child has the rig

This afternoon we were lucky enough to host a visit from Konnie Huq, tv presenter and now author. She entertained KS2 with her comic style pictures, tips for writing, science experiments and of course storytelling!  

Today our Reading Champions were able to finally pin their special badge on, after waiting eagerly for them to arrive!      

4O’N tested their hula hooping skills this week- it looks like we have some experts!      

Wow wow wow! Our super spooky cooks have come up trumps again! Look at what they have created for our fantastic Halloween lunch.

We enjoyed experimenting with a hula hoop today. Who knew you could do so many tricks using a hoop!

Wow! Wow! What a fabulous Book Swap Shop we had today. So many children had beautiful books to swap. Happy half term reading!
