Today was our last relax kids session. We all got an affirmation from Tracy and we said these words to ourselves and we believe in ourselves too. Hopefully the children can tell you about the relaxation techniques they have learnt over the last six weeks.

We had a taster session of an out of school club which teaches Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, we had so much fun playing the games and practicing some of the moves with our partners.

Oh yes she did!! What an afternoon we had, the Christmas season has begun and we are all so excited.
