Today we started our sessions with our dance instructor. We learnt so many new moves and are trying to put them together for our whole dance in the final week. Ask your children to show you some of their Bollywood inspired dance moves.

Front Street are now in full Christmas swing! We have all enjoyed our Christmas music workshop this morning, provided by Gateshead Music Service. We have listened to Christmas songs, played musical instruments and sang songs! Article 29

We have been using the tangrams to make pictures and we described our pictures to our friends. We then had the challenge of fitting the puzzle back together again! We had to use our growth mindset a lot.

In year 1 we are learning the names of 2d and 3d shapes. Today we started learning the names of 3d shapes and we talked about where we may see shapes like these around our school and our homes. So get shape spotting!
