Year one have amazed us this afternoon with their basic moves….they have used their feet to move in 11different ways!

1S had a fantastic day today on their trip to Souter Lighthouse! We are very proud of all of the children for climbing to the very top of the lighthouse!!

We might have only been back in school for a few days but year one have been very busy…from exploring our new classroom to sitting at tables…to hotter work…to sharing stories…to pencil case mental maths to RWI partner work…

Our teddies came to school with us yesterday and we had a great time talking about them. Today we even did some writing about them!!!
