Even on World Book Day our children think about their rights! Fantastic costumes by all but this one really stood out representing RRSA within Front Street. Well done everyone! Article 12, 13, 17, 31
When Durham University visited us, they brought some amazing artefacts with them. Some were replicas, but some were over 2,500 years old! As well as archaeology, we also acted in an Ancient Greek play (the Medea), learned about Greek city states and even created our own clay offerings. Article 29 G
Year 5 and 6 took part in a performance and workshop called Melva, all about ‘Worrits’ Article 24,29
Year 5 are involved in a time capsule event which will be taking place in July in Chase Park. we had a classroom workshop looking at artefacts from 30 years ago. Article 13
Year 5 have been working on dribbling and lane passing skills. Article 28,29,31

This week we took part in Sign 2 Sing’s 10th anniversary. Our chosen song from the last 9 years was ‘Together’ originally performed in 2017. We have raised £165 towards deaf awareness! Well done #teamfrontstreet Here is a little preview, the full video can be seen on our school Facebook page. Art
