Nursery

During ‘Take one Poem’ week we shared a poem about being on a swing. We talked about going to the park and all of the different types of equipment we enjoy playing on. We talked about how we feel when we are on a swing. Then we all made our own pendulum painting design on a t-shirt which we can wear

There will be a Book Fair held next week 25th Sep – 29th after school each night. Please pop in for some early Christmas presents!

Our last few friends came in today. It was another great day and everyone did very well! We are all looking forward to next week.

We have had a fabulous first day in the nursery. We have been making new friends and investigating our new toys. Everyone behaved very well!

Today the children from Nursery took part in the Whickham Waddle. The weather was beautiful and the walk around the park and Hermitage Garden was lovely. Thank  you to everyone who raised money for this fantastic cause.

We had a lovely afternoon when the Reception and Nursery children were able to play together. It was a great way for the Nursery children to experience the Reception classroom. The Reception children loved their visit to nursery! Article 31

Last Friday morning Nursery visited The Manor House in Whickham. We spent the morning playing games with the residents, hearing stories and drawing pictures.
