Year Six were off to Beamish today to take part in this year’s Crank It Up Challenge. We had to make a crane which could lift and lower a weight, move along a track and our designs also needed to include a rotating jib (arm). We had a visit from Martin ,an engineer who works all across the globe
Today our Panathlon Team competed in the Tyne & Wear Finals competition at Temple Park in South Shields. Front Street represented Gateshead in this competition and won Gold Medals and came away with the Panathlon trophy! What an amazing achievement for our school.
