Year three children brought the picture story we are reading in English lessons to life today with a bit of drama. They explored the images from the start of their story and acted them out. What a superb performance from every child!

At Front Street, our children are encouraged to develop a greater understanding and knowledge of the world, as well as their place in it. Our curriculum helps to provoke and provide answers about the natural and human aspects of the world and encourages the children to ‘think like a Geographer.’

Today, we learned about mould and body fossils by making models out of bread and gummy animals. We now understand how fossils are formed.

In year three PSHCE, we set the challenge to make a banana car in groups. The children had to work together to share ideas, share the work and make a car that everyone was happy with. Look at our designs!
