Today we were very lucky as Mr Gluck came in to visit us to tell us all about Hanukkah. We listened to the story of how Hanukkah became part of Jewish traditions, and we played a dreidel game with sweets!
In geography Year 2 drew their own maps of their local area and added the key features they had seen on their local walk.

This morning, the whole school came together for a special assembly to celebrate the start of the Christmas season. The highlight of the morning was the grand switching on of the Christmas tree lights.
