We used colour washes to paint a landscape at sunset for our calendars. Article 29

We’ve been working on our chiaroscuro skills in art, meaning ‘the use of strong contrasts between light and dark’. We tried applying our new skills to half and half self portraits. What do you think?  

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. A group of amazing budding artists produced these wonderful Elf on the Shelf drawings in our class this week.

Our Year 3 children have thoroughly enjoyed creating storyboards and Stop Frame animations. Some budding Directors and Producers in  the making!!!
