At 11 o’clock we took part in a 2 minute silence for Remembrance Day. We spent the day taking part in lots of activities about poppies and remembrance. We watched an animated video about Remembrance Day, wrote about why today is a special day, made split pin poppies, poppy medals and drew pictures
We have had a lovely morning celebrating our Harvest Festival. The donations looked amazing and took centre stage. The year one children told us all some facts about Harvest and each year group raised the roof with an amazing Harvest song. Father Barry came to see us too which was a lovely surprise.
