We made our own vegetable soup today. It was scrummy! We used carrots, parsnips, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, onions and butternut squash. Lots of us loved it!

We have enjoyed investigating the ‘Mud Kitchen’. We learnt that we can put on our red suits with some help from an adult. We know that we need to learn to take our shoes off and start being able to put them back on. (Please support your child at home to learn these skills). We loved making mud pies,

Today was incredibly windy so some of us made kites. Using scissors is difficult but we all tried hard. Suddenly there was a rainbow in the sky! We couldn’t resist painting and drawing some of our own!

Nursery had a very exciting morning being pirates.  They sang pirate songs, drew their own maps and built a fantastic den.

In Nursery we use the outdoor area everyday as well as the indoor area. The children are learning to go outside independently during ‘busy time’ and they are enjoying being able to choose when they go back indoors. The children are learning to find and put on their own coats and it is lovely watch

On Wednesday we learnt all about the importance of washing our hands. We talked about using soap and warm water and making sure we washed them properly. We all had a go at pushing our own sleeves up so that they don’t get wet. We found out that we can’t see germs so we need to wash our hands before

Some of us stay for a packed lunch in the dinner hall. We  are doing really well learning where to sit. Miss Pearson helps us if we struggle with opening anything. Today Mrs Bradford, Mrs Croft and Mrs Robson stayed with us too!
