Today nursery learnt about Children in Need and why lots of us were wearing Pudsey ears. Then we had lots of fun taking part in Pudsey activities. We decorated spotty biscuits, painted and coloured pictures of Pudsey, danced like Pudsey and made the air spotty with balloons! It was a very busy day!
Our Reading and Mental Health Ambassadors teamed up to to read the book ‘The Colour Monster’ to Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. The children talked about different emotions and then gave each class their very own Worry Monster. Articles: 13, 28,29

Nursery children made poppy art on Remembrance Day.
Front Street took part in the Remembrance Parade through Whickham. Thank you to everyone who came.
Nursery have enjoyed recalling their experiences of Bonfire Night and the fireworks. We painted, coloured, created fireworks and danced like fireworks too! Article 28,29,31
This week the children have been on a walk around the school. They loved seeing the other children and meeting some new teachers. Year Six sang a song for us so we sang one for them too. Well done everyone! Article 28
