We have been talking about the importance of washing our hands today.  We even did an experiment with soap and pepper in water. We pretended the pepper was the germs and we put a soapy finger into the bowl. The pepper moved away from our fingers and helped to demonstrate that soap gets rid of germs

We enjoyed making our own playdough in nursery. We followed a recipe, counting out how many scoops or cups of the ingredients we needed and took turns. We chose pink this week. What a fabulous team effort. Well done! Article 28

Well nursery is finally feeling busy again! The classroom is full of happy children. The children are doing brilliantly and starting to learn each other’s names. The children enjoyed their dinner and impressed everyone by walking so smartly along the corridor to and from the dinner hall.  Article

What a lovely day we have all had in nursery today! Children have loved playing in the Home Corner, making jigsaws, building sandcastles and much more. We all found our pegs and know where our coats and water bottles go. We have even started to learn how to tidy up! Well done everyone! Article 28

All children in school have taken part in Day To Create as part of Artsmark’s 20yr anniversary celebrations. We all thought about problems we wanted to solve and came up with our own inventions.
