Today a group of children from years 3,4,5 and 6 went to Gateshead Leisure Centre to compete in an indoor sports hall athletics event for sports ability. Our netball teams dominated their recent tournament with one team coming first place and sailing through to the County Finals and the second, new team coming third! A great result and we look forward to the next round.
Our older school council members had a great afternoon at GLC learning how to become Young Sports Leaders within school. They are going to feed back to all school council members to implement their ideas to make Front Street more active! Article 31, 29
Finally our Winners enjoyed their trip to Seven Stories. They had a great day and the trip to the book shop was fun especially choosing a selection of books to bring back to school for everyone to share. Article: 31 The right to relax and play.
