In our science lesson we have been learning about how we keep clean and how we can change what we do to be cleaner! We have learnt how to wash our hands and why. We also cleaned our teeth then used plaque revealer tablets to show us how we could improve our brushing techniques! We have had great fun

Do you know where all the food on your plate comes from? Today, year two had a great day with Nick the Chef finding out about the food they eat. They made vegetable curry and burritos and most of them loved it!
Today, we’ve been learning about similarities and differences between traditional culture in the the UK and traditional culture in China. We’ve learned about Chinese writing, using chopsticks and daily exercise routines.

This morning, in year two we have been learning about the Royal family of the UK. We looked the Royal family tree, lines to the throne and who made it onto the balcony at some recent special occasions. Who do you think will make it into the balcony tomorrow?
We had a great day today in year 2 learning about how to read an analogue clock. We started with numbers on a straight, string number line, then curled the line around into a circular clock face. Now we are clock experts!
