The ‘new’ Y1 have been busy testing different liquids – water, milk, apple juice and lemonade – to see which one is best to stop an apple turning brown. The children covered the apple slice in the liquid and left it overnight. We poured the liquid out and watched and waited, and waited and watch

Today we visited the Recycling Centre to further our learning on recycling – Global Goal 12 The children were amazed to find a garden there! They loved watching the wagons unloading and even clapped a man who brought in a big load of garden rubbish in his car 👏👏 Article 13, 17, 24
This morning our Penathlon team went to South Shields to compete in this years county final! The team completed a number of different activities, gaining points to add together. Front Street came an amazing 4th place overall, coming away with medals which they are so proud of! Well done to you all!
