Well done to the 20 Year 4 children who represented Front Street at the Quad Kids event. Yesterday a group of children from our School Council went to Caedmon School to talk to other children from different school council groups. They have came back to school with lots of exciting ideas that will now be discussed in school and implemented at Front Street.
Year 4 have applied their Geography Skills learnt so far in Year 4 to find places on a map within an atlas and on a globe. We discussed how an atlas and a globe are similar, but different and found places that are on the opposite side of the world to use, continents, the equator, etc. All groups s
Today seven children represented Front Street in the Gateshead SSP Panathlon competition! After completing every station the team were announced as overall winners, receiving the gold medals and the winners trophy! The team have also qualified for the County Finals which will be held next month!

What What a fantastic day we had taking part in ‘Sportsability’ at Gateshead Leisure Centre. We all developed our skills in throwing, catching, batting, volley ball and were using our listening skills when blindfolded!
