Congratulations to our Year Four Basketball Team who came FIRST on Friday in the Gateshead SSP Basketball competition! They scored 21 baskets throughout the competition and conceded no baskets – very impressive! 🌟 You were all a credit to our school, well done!

Year 4 began to look at what makes a propellor rotate. They made a circuit and successfully got the propellor to ‘take off’! This combined Science knowledge and introduced the new unit of learning in DT.

In our History lesson this week we looked at images of cave art. We asked questions about why people living in The Stone Age would communicate in this way. The ideas that Year 4 generated were amazing! Article: 28

Today our Penathlon Team competed in the Gateshead SSP competition at Temple Park! 🥇They came an outstanding first place, gaining their place in the County Finals happening later this year. Well done to you all. Your behaviour was impeccable throughout! ⭐️
