Everyone looked great for their last day before the Christmas holiday. We all enjoyed having our faces painted. Merry Christmas everyone!

Today we had a great time taking part in craft activities all to do with the story ‘Stick Man’. We loved listening to the story and joining in with some of the words. Then we used the sticks we collected from around Nursery and the Hermitage walk to make our own flags, wands, and stick men. We used

Today we raised money for Children in Need by baking Pudsey cookies, having our faces painted and bandaging up our own bears! We were very busy!

We talked about the fireworks we had seen. The children used words like, ‘bang’, ‘loud’, ‘sparkly’ and ‘big’. We all really enjoyed making our own firework pictures.

We have been having lots of fun in Nursery.

Spells and magic were popular in Nursery this week. Children used their physical skills and imaginations to create potions and spells alongside each other. We had a great time!

After one of the children had a idea of turning the nursery into a restaurant we all got to work! The chefs were very busy.
