Congratulations to our Year 3 and 4 girls football team who competed today in their final games at Gateshead Power League! 🎖️They finished 3rd place in their group games. Well done to you all!

Congratulations to the eight children who represented Year Four in the Gateshead SSP tennis tournament this afternoon. The children went to Whickham School and competed in individual matches for points, which then made a team total. Front Street proudly came back to school with gold medals! 🥇

Last night this Year Six football team finished off their league games for the year! 🥉They proudly came away finishing THIRD in the league! After three nights of games the team were very proud of their achievements as were parents and staff! 🌟

Year 2 are being introduced to badminton this half term. They learnt that they play badminton with a shuttlecock and how the racket they use is different to a tennis racket. They practised their catching skills, it was different to catching a ball!

Tonight our Year Six football team competed in the second night of their tournament at Fellside School. Their team work, encouragement and positive attitude was amazing to see! We now await this weeks table of results and look forward to our final night next week!

Year 2 went to Whickham School to take part in an athletics event with other primary schools. They took part in running, throwing and team work activities. Look how much fun they had!
