In DT we have been designing our own fruit salad. Today we walked into Whickham to Elliott’s fruit shop to buy what we needed. We had our list and Mrs Gladstone’s credit card! We had so much fun learning all about the different fruit and vegetables that they sold. We even worked out how much each item would cost. It was hard work carrying it all back to school. We cannot wait to make and eat our fruit salad.
Two members of the public stopped to compliment the children on their amazing behaviour which was lovely.
