Take One Picture – Nursery

We looked at the different colours in the painting and also focused on the light from the candle and the bird. From this we made marks on the canvas with a candle of our own, then used water colours over the top of it. It was an interesting experiment for us to do which was nice as the painting itself was about an experiment. Then we printed on top of the water colours using the feathers. We think that they look very effective. Article 28
