We watched the beginning of the film ‘Paddington’ as part of the ‘Outright’ day. We talked about how Paddington was feeling when there was an earthquake and when he left on his own to go to London. We learnt the word ‘refugee’ and decided that Paddington was a refugee. We made a list of words to describe how we feel compared to how refugees feel when they have to leave their country.
