There was a power cut at Front Street Primary School (!!!) and it affected both the year 4 classrooms. Luckily the year 4 children were there to help make full circuits using a bulb, battery and wires, they lit up the classrooms so we could work again! Year 4 became reporters for the day and were


To help raise money for Sport Relief the Nursery joined up with Reception to take part in their own sports day. There were races, movement games, goal shooting, parachute games and lots of balancing and climbing activities. We all had a great time!


In February the Nursery children went to Whitehouse Farm with the children from Reception. We had a lovely time learning about all of the different animals. We held some of the smaller animals. Nursery Children have been learning about Chinese New Year. We all worked together to make our own dragon and even learnt some songs and performed for the children in Reception! We tasted Chinese food and a professional face painter came in and painted our faces to look like tigers as it is the year


Our school team qualified to play in the finals of the Hoops 4 Health tournament at the Metro Arena on Friday 12th March. Unfortunately despite having most of the possession and loads of shots we lost 0-2 in a close encounter. However we were able to enjoy the Eagles game afterwards when they thrash
